Orders take approximately 24-48 hrs to be prepared before shipping. Once your order has shipped you will get an email notification. This email will include a tracking number so you can follow your order on its way.

Customs and International Shipping
All orders from TrapMonkie.com are shipped directly from the U.S. Anyone ordering outside of the US may be subject to import/customs fees.
It is the customers responsibility to cover all import duties, customs and local sales taxes; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
The total of your order paid at checkout does not include any additional duties required.
TrapMonkie has no control over customs and import tax and can not predict how much these charges will be.
Rejecting Packages:If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is sent back, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund ($20).
Where do you ship to?
U.K., Canada, USA and...
basically everywhere else! If you're unable to select your country at check out unfortunately we're not able to ship to that country.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders take 7-10 business days to arrive. Please note if you purchase a pre-order item your order will ship as a whole once all items are in stock.
International orders outside of North America can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.
How much is shipping?
Free Shipping on all orders over $100+ some restrictions may apply to certain locations and/or selected products.
Free Global Shipping on all orders over $150+ some restrictions may apply to certain locations and/or selected products.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Custom Skateboards & Skate Decks
All custom skateboards / decks are final sale items and are not eligible for refund or exchange. This is regardless of packaging. Your name will be printed on them, as such; customs can’t be resold for personalization reasons.
Apparel & Accessories
All other products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Other
The following are not eligible for return or exchange.
Accessories (regardless of packaging being sealed/unsealed)
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
Original shipping fees and promotional discounts

Items purchased from a third-party seller

Sale Items
Products purchased during a site-wide sale are eligible for exchange only. Items must be exchanged within the required time frame.
Items discounted using a discount code through the ‘spin-the-wheel’ or as seen on Instagram/Facebook are eligible for return or exchange.

My product was damaged/defective. How do I return it?
In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged please email us as soon as possible.
In order to replace or refund the item we will need:
- Your order number, a description of the damage/defect, and a photo of the damaged/defective area.
Please forward us that information to trapmonkie@gmail.com and we'll investigate the issue.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless it is requested by a Customer Empowerment Representative, it may result in a slower resolution time as we don't always require the item back, and sometimes require additional photos to understand the damage/defect.
